Interim Finance Director (FP&A)

As Interim Finance Director, you will act as a strategic partner at the center of major decisions within this fast-growing MedTech/healthcare scale-up. From shaping market entry plans to supporting operational expansion, you will ensure financial transparency and insight throughout their growth journey.

The company is expanding rapidly, creating exciting opportunities, but also requiring stronger processes and structures to support that growth. You will have the autonomy to build and implement essential frameworks, establish best practices, and drive meaningful transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and shape the finance function, defining its structure, processes, and policies.

• Automate reporting and foster a data-driven finance environment that enables faster, better decision-making.

• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, CFO, and Board.

• Champion operational excellence across the organization.

Assignment Details

• Interim position for 3–4 months

• Start date: ASAP

• 4–5 days per week (hybrid working model)

• Hourly rate: €110 per hour

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

• 8–10+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles within FP&A

• Strong experience with Power BI and Tableau

• A strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement

• Fluent in Dutch and English
