Accounts Payable Specialist (0,8 - 1 fte)

As an Accounts Payable Specialist at scale-up Pulse4all, you will be part of a small but growing finance team (4p) and play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will take ownership of the accounts payable function and contribute to maintaining reliable financial records as the company continues to expand across Europe.

Main responsibilities:

• Process, verify and post supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice matching, approvals and payment execution
• Prepare and process payment runs ensuring correct prioritization and adherence to payments terms
• Perform bank matching and reconcile bank accounts related to outgoing payments
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and authorization of expenses
• Assist with VAT and other tax-related requirements linked to supplier invoices
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to the broader organization as required

You are an accurate, well-organized Accounts Payable Specialist, excited to work in a dynamic scale-up environment where your contribution really matters. You enjoy diving into the numbers, solving puzzles, improving processes and helping build a solid financial foundation for a growing company.

You have:

• A vocational (mbo 4) or bachelor’s degree in business economics, finance or accounting and a minimum of 3 years of AP experience
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up or international environment is a plus
• An open, positive mindset; you are a real team player

You are:

• It-savvy with experience in Excel and ERP systems
• Driven to learn, take ownership and develop as the business grows
• Fluent in English; conversational Dutch is a plus

Pulse4all is a leading Product-as-a-Service AED provider in Europe, with thousands of customers. To support their rapid growth the finance team is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

The finance team consists of a CFO, Financial Controller, Financial Accountant and this role. The team works closely together and has office days on Tuesday and Thursday in their modern and comfortable office at EDGE Olympic, a five-minute minute walk from Metro Amstelveenseweg. Remuneration:

• Annual salary up to €65K (full-time), depending on your level of education and experience
